Chocolate covered strawberries are perishable and meant to be enjoyed immediately. Our berries should be eaten within 24-48 hours. They are at their best in the first 24 hours. If they cannot be enjoyed right away, refrigerate them and they will remain edible for up to 48 hours, although the quality and appearance will not be the same as when fresh.
